Payments: If you complete your purchase through a direct payment gateway, Shopify stores your credit card information. This information is encrypted in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

cart: Stored for 2 weeks, it holds the information related to your shopping cart.
_secure_session_id, storefront_digest: Used for security and store access management.
